Returns Policy

If you change your mind within 14 days, we are happy to exchange your purchase provided it is returned, as sold, with all of the original packaging, tags and accessories. Please have your receipt with you to do this. Please note, Glitterbug Boutique does not issue refunds and sale items and non-returnable.

If any of our products fall below the standard you expect then please return them within 14 days and we will happily exchange/ replace them or issue you with a credit note for the current selling price.

Shipping

Standard shipping is at a rate of £4.95 per order, with FREE Shipping available for orders over £100. Shipping is via Royal Mail.

Next day special delivery is chargeable at £8.95 provided order is placed before 3pm.

If you choose to ‘collect from our store’, then shipping is FREE, but you have to collect from our shop 108B Kirkintilloch Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow G64 2AB.
